Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy
At HRU Today customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel it within the specified time limit, we offer a refund (minus handling charges) provided that the cancellation reason is legitimate and supported by our investigation. We recommend reviewing the details and terms of each appointment carefully before booking, as they outline all relevant information about the services or products you are purchasing.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time slot without incurring any charges. Any charges or payments made will be automatically reversed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
We strive to create personalized and effective design concepts tailored to our clients' needs. If payment was made by credit card, refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for the purchase. For payments made via other gateways, refunds will be issued to the same account.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items valued over Rs 500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
